Arcway is an AI-powered interview practice platform operated by TalentTempo Inc. The service allows users to simulate job interviews, receive AI-generated feedback on their responses, and track their progress over time. By using Arcway, you agree to these Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

By using Arcway, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Use the platform only for lawful, personal career preparation purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of the service
  • Not submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable laws

No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

Arcway provides AI-generated feedback for practice purposes only. TalentTempo Inc. makes no representations or warranties that use of the platform will result in job offers, interview success, or any specific career outcome. Results vary by individual and are influenced by many factors outside of our control.

Subscriptions and Credits

Arcway offers both subscription plans and pay-per-interview credits. Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

  • Credits are non-refundable. Once interview credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded regardless of whether they have been used.
  • Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • TalentTempo Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to users.
  • In cases of technical error resulting in credits not being delivered, please contact support and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from your use of Arcway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
